AmeriPharm offers a Fee-for-Service (FFS) program giving you, our business
partners, the benefits of bringing pharmacy "in house" while saving capital
expense and eliminating operational challenges.
The FFS pricing model is designed to allow menu selection of traditional mail
order and/or specialty injectable fulfillment based on a negotiated "cost plus"
pricing structure. You only pay for the services you need. All costs and
revenues are fully disclosed.

The success of our FFS model is based on the premise that insurers, HMO's, employer groups and
health plans now have the experience and expertise to design complete pharmacy
programs on your own, only purchasing the services they need. For our partners
who can administer their own formulary and negotiate their own rebates
internally, there is a great opportunity to reduce the rate of increase in
their current drug spend.
By contracting with a pharmacy benefit administrator (PBA) for only needed
processes (claim processing, network administration, report generation, etc),
the client retains control of all revenue streams and formulary administration.
